The God of all things

Lord, I thank you for everything.
Not only for the big things, and life's necessities, clothes, food, shelter.
But for the small things too...
Everyday mercies...
For the few minutes of extra sleep under a warm blanket on a cold winter morning.
For the hot coffee shared with friends.
For the flower from a friend as I come in to work.
For the off well-deserved.
For the phone call from loved ones just when you miss them the most.
For the long awaited parcel.
For the unexpected home made goodies.
For the still small voice that whispers thru your doubts...
... Lo I will be with you. Even to the end of time.
